The re-export sector achieved a 23% year-on-year (YoY) growth in 2024, reaching SAR 61 billion, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef said.

In his speech at the Supply Chain and Logistics Conference in Riyadh, Alkhorayef attributed these figures to the Kingdom’s exceptional infrastructure and the effective integration of various entities in delivering services.

He highlighted that the transportation, logistics, and supply chain sectors are vital components of the industrial framework, playing a key role in facilitating the flow of goods and positioning Saudi Arabia as a global logistics hub.

The minister also emphasized that collaboration across sectors, combined with investment in modern technologies, is essential for realizing the Kingdom’s long-term goals and aspirations.
