Horizon Food shareholders OK amendment to company’s purpose

Horizon Food Co.’s shareholders approved amending Article 3 of the company’s Articles of Association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 15.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Article 3 is related to the purposes of the company and was amended to include agriculture, forestry, fishing; mining and quarrying; electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supplies; water supply, sanitation activities, and waste management and treatment; construction; wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; transportation and warehousing; accommodation and food service activities; information and communications; real estate activities; scientific and technical activities; administrative and support services activities; education; human health and social work activities; other service activities and manufacturing.
