Jahez reappoints Prince Mishal Al Saud Chairman, Abdulaziz Al Omran Deputy

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology’s board of directors appointed Prince Mishal Al Saud as Chairman and Abdulaziz Al Omran as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Jahez's board also approved the formation of nomination and remuneration committee, which included Salman Al Sudeary as Chairman, as well as Abdulmajeed Al Shaikh and Musaed Al Qassim as members.

 

Additionally, the board formed the investment committee, including Prince Mishal Al Saud, Abdulaziz Al Omran, and Loulwa Bakr. The committee will choose a chair from among its members, the statement added.

 

The board also appointed a secretary as well as the company’s representatives in the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
