Amwaj shareholders approve 10% cash dividends for 2023

Amwaj International Co.’s shareholders approved cash dividends at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 19, according to a statement to Tadawul.
