Alwasail board reappoints Abdulrahman Almushayqih as Chairman, names Vice Chair

Alwasail Industrial Co.’s board of directors reappointed Abdulrahman Almushayqih as Chairman and named Saleh Almushayqih as Vice Chairman during its meeting held today, Dec. 22, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The board also reappointed the audit committee and restructured the remuneration and nominations committee to be headed by Mosaed Alohali.

 

The Investment committee was also restructured, to be headed by Rakan Abunayyan.

 

A board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) were also appointed.
