View signs MoU to establish real estate funds

View United Real Estate Development Co. signed on Dec. 24 a one-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Watheeq Capital to establish real estate funds and boost investment opportunities.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the MoU is effective from the signing date, with the possibility of extension through a written agreement by both parties.

 
 
There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement added.
