Sumou reappoints Ayedh Al Qahtani Chairman, Abdul Rahman Al Qahtani Deputy

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board of directors reappointed Ayedh Al Qahtani (non-executive member) as Chairman and Abdul Rahman Al Qahtani (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa). Additionally, they appointed a board secretary, the statement added.

In a separate statement, the company said the board accepted the resignation of Khaled Al Aqeel as Chairman of the audit committee. Abdul Rahman Al Qahtani was appointed as a member of the audit committee, resulting in a change in the committee’s chairmanship.

Accordingly, the audit committee will include Ziad Bassam Al Bassam (Chairman), Saeed Salem Al Nahdi (member), Faisal Abdalla Al-Khaldi (member), and Abdul Rahman Ayed Al-Qahtani (member).
