Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company, a leading player in the insurance sector, announced signing a collaboration agreement with Argaam Investment Company on the sidelines of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) Conference, held in Abu Dhabi. The agreement aims to develop a comprehensive digital platform to enhance shareholder relations. This initiative highlights the company's commitment to improving transparency and communication with its shareholders, providing them with cutting-edge technology to access financial information and data instantly and effortlessly.

 

Argaam, a leading provider of financial data solutions, will design and develop a shareholder relations webpage on Walaa’s website, and creating a mobile application that enables shareholders to stay up to date with the company’s latest financial developments and directly submit inquiries and suggestions.

 

Rogayah Al-Thawadi, Legal and Corporate Governance Manager at Walaa, expressed her delight with this collaboration, emphasizing that it marks an important step in the company’s journey toward achieving the highest standards of governance and transparency. She added that this platform will help boost confidence between the company and its shareholders, facilitating better investment decision-making.
