Mutakamela Insurance Co. announced the launch of its new identity and brand “Mutakamela" after obtaining the regulatory and extraordinary general meeting approvals.

The company also completed all required regulatory procedures and received the updated commercial registration with the new name, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to the data available on Argaam, Allianz SF shareholders approved in November amending Article No. (2) of the company’s bylaws related to the company’s name. The name was changed from Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company to Motkamela Insurance Company.
