Tharwah, DAU ink MoU for training, talent development

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dar Al Uloom University (DAU) to boost collaboration in training and talent development.

 

The agreement aims to empower individuals and prepare them for the job market, according to a Tadawul filing today, Dec. 26.

The company said the MoU entails joint efforts to develop and execute specialized training programs and provide talent assessment services.

 

The MoU is valid for one year from the signing date and could be extended through a written agreement.

 

The related financial impact cannot currently be determined. The company will announce any relevant updates or material developments in due course.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
