SIDC’s Sleep High inks SAR 15.5M supply contract

Saudi Industrial Development Co.'s (SIDC) wholly owned subsidiary Global Marketing Co. for Sleeping System Ltd. (Sleep High) inked a contract with Ithraa Aldiyafa Holding Co. to supply foam mattresses for SAR 15.5 million, VAT inclusive, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract entails supplying foam mattresses to Mina and Arafat for three Hajj seasons (1446, 1447, and 1448 Hijri), in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the contract.

The contract will extend from Dec. 31, 2024, until June 5, 2027 (end of 1448H Hajj season).

 

The relevant financial impact will appear as of the second quarter of 2025.

 

The contract included no related parties, the statement added.
