Alkhaleej Training inks SAR 62.8M deal to operate ZATCA’s call center

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed a contract with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) to operate and support the authority’s call center and provide services and support to beneficiaries, for a total value of SAR 62.8 million VAT inclusive.

The contract covers operating the authority’s call center by responding to inquiries and providing services and support to beneficiaries, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The 12-month contract is expected to have a positive financial impact starting from Q1 2025, the statement added.
