ACWA Power shareholders elect new board members

ACWA Power Co.'s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term starting today, Jan. 5, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

The approval was granted during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Fahad Al Saif, Omar Al Madhi, Abdullah Al Abduljabar, Esmail Alsallom, Ibrahim Al Rajhi, Ahmed Al Hakbani, Raad Al Saady, Mohammed Abunayyan, Sheila Khama, Omar Al Midani, Liming Chen, and Khalid Al-Khatta.
