CATRION shareholders elect board members for new term

CATRION Catering Holding Co.’s shareholders approved electing board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 26, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 5, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

These members included Mohammed Al Sarhan, Mushal Alhokair, Fahad Moussa, Faisal Sabbagh, Joza Al Rasheed, Fadi Majdalani, Wajdy Al Ghabban, Abdulwahab Albetari and Eyad Buhulaiga.

 

Shareholders also endorsed amending Article 4 of the company's bylaws related to objectives.

 

According to the data available on Argaam, the amendments to the company's objectives included adding retail sales of optical equipment (optical stores); building cleaning; swimming pool cleaning and maintenance; maintenance of parks and gardens for public purposes; and maintenance of landscapes, gardens, rooftop gardens, and private building facades.

 

They also included airplane catering services; catering services for Hajj and Umrah performers; building maintenance services; maintenance management; management of subsidiaries or participation in managing other units; investing the funds of subsidiaries; providing loans, guarantees, and financing to the company's subsidiaries; ground services providers; catering contractors providing food services; and managing food services.
