Tadawul approves Raoom’s transition to TASI

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved Raoom Trading Co.’s request to transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI). 

 

According to Tadawul, the company’s shares will continue trading on Nomu until the transition document publication period concludes.

Raoom is required to publish the transition document within three trading sessions following Tadawul’s approval announcement. This document will be accessible to the public on the websites of the issuer, Tadawul, and the financial advisor for a period of 10 trading sessions.

 

Tadawul also clarified that trading of the company’s shares will be suspended starting the day after the transition document publication period ends. The suspension will not exceed five trading sessions, allowing for the completion of transition procedures.

 

It will announce the suspension and listing dates once all required procedures are completed.
In June 2024, Raoom submitted its request to transition to TASI using the automated system designated by regulatory authorities, data compiled by Argaam showed.
Raoom’s shares began trading on Nomu in February 2022. The company's capital currently stands at SAR 62.5 million.
