CMA fines Cenomi Retail for failure to disclose financials

The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board of directors imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) for violation of paragraph (C) of general instructions of the instructions relate to companies' announcement.

In a statement, the regulator added that the company did not publish its annual financial statements for FY ended Dec. 31, 2023 on the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) website within the specified period.
