According to the ministry, companies with 3,000 workers or fewer have the required percentage set at 30%.

For companies with more than 3,000 workers and up to 10,000 workers, the required percentage set for this segment is 20%. Companies with 10,000-15,000 workers, the required percentage is 10%.

In addition, companies with 15,000 workers or more, no percentage is applied.

Al Mawarid expects the decision to impact its operations, noting that it would reduce the company’s commitment to employ a fixed percentage of the total workforce.
