Diriyah Co. signed a SAR 426.3 million ($113.6 million) contract with Omrania, a subsidiary of Egis Group, for the architectural design of the Boulevard District.

 

Omrania will serve as the multidisciplinary design consultant for “a collection of unique buildings” in three community zones in Boulevard District, Diriyah said on X today, Jan. 7.

The scope of work entails conceptual design, schematic and detailed designs, and overseeing the construction execution.

 

Omrania was part of the team behind Riyadh's Kingdom Tower.
