The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) identified a case of price manipulation involving a property for sale in Al-Khaleej, Riyadh. The property was offered for sale through two applications with a different price in each.
“The case has been identified, and necessary measures will be taken,” said Tayseer Al-Mufarrej, REGA Spokesperson, on X.
REGA announced in July 2023 that it had initiated monitoring and compliance measures under the Real Estate Brokerage Law. It also urged brokers and real estate service providers to comply with regulations and avoid violations, Argaam reported.
