The proposed offer is pending approval from relevant regulatory authorities and will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the statement added.

This statement does not constitute an invitation, offer, or solicitation to purchase, acquire, or subscribe to any securities and is subject to the sukuk's terms and conditions, ANB confirmed.

The bank will disclose any material developments related to the offering in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
