Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co.’s board of directors approved in its meeting, held on Jan. 13, the reappointment of Saad Abo Moati as Chairman, and Saeed Basaeed as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board of directors also approved forming the subordinate committees, as per the applicable authorities, and further endorsed appointing the board secretary and the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

In a separate statement to Tadawul, the company announced forming the audit committee for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2025, to be headed by Abdullah Al-Rashoud and included Sultan Al-Shabili and Abdullah Al-Yousef as members.
