Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) completed the offering of its USD-denominated sukuk offering under its Trust Certificate Issuance Program, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The offering amounted to approximately $750 million and was settled today, Jan. 15.

Sukuk may be redeemed prior to the maturity date under specific conditions outlined in the prospectus and the Trust Certificate Issuance Programme. |
The lender noted that the sukuk will be listed on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. They may only be sold as per Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
According to data available with Argaam, BSF initiated, on Jan. 15, a USD-denominated sukuk offering under its Trust Certificate Issuance Program.
