The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) announced the results of its inspection tours and monitoring of recruitment offices and companies in the fourth quarter of 2024.
In a statement, the ministry revealed that 31 recruitment office licenses were revoked for violating recruitment practices, failing to meet the minimum performance requirements based on established standards and conditions, and not complying with the provision of accommodation centers according to the specified criteria. These violations were not corrected within the allowed correction period.
The ministry also stated that 13 recruitment offices were suspended due to violations related to recruitment practice rules, delays in resolving complaints, failure to refund clients, and non-compliance with accommodation standards.
The ministry urged employers and recruitment offices to adhere to recruitment practice rules and avoid violations to protect the rights of all contractual parties. It emphasized the importance of reporting any violations in the recruitment sector through the Musaned helpline at 920002866 or via the Musaned app available on smart mobile devices.
