Ratio Speciality Co. issued today, Jan. 27, a prospectus to sell 5 million shares, or 25% of capital, in an initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market.

The share sale will run for five working days from Feb. 16-20, 2025.

 

The Market Authority (CMA) approved in December the application received from the company to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

Established in 2018 in Al Ahsa city, Ratio Speciality is capitalized at SAR 20 million. It operates in the cafes and restaurants, commercial franchise, supply chains and machinery maintenance and supply segments.
