Sidra Capital has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH, one of the leading providers and managers of logistics, light industrial and technology assets in Germany and Europe This collaboration aims to acquire light industrial and logistics properties in Germany through sale-and-leaseback transactions.
This partnership leverages Sidra Capital’s global investment capabilities and long-term growth vision, as well as Garbe Industrial’s in-depth market knowledge and expertise in the logistics and industrial sectors. It reflects Sidra Capital's ongoing commitment to diversifying its portfolio and expanding its presence in key European markets. To date, €50 million in financial commitments have been secured for the joint venture.
