Tharwah signs SAR 13.9M consultancy services deal

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed a project contract with National eLearning Center (NELC), with a total value of SAR 13.85 million, inclusive of VAT.

 

The 36-month contract includes consultancy services to measure the impact of short university programs, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The project aims to evaluate the effect of these programs on key performance indicators, such as educational outcomes, participation levels, acquired skills, service relevance to needs, operational efficiency, economic and social impact, and organizational growth.

 

The company anticipates that the financial impact will begin to appear in the first quarter of 2025, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Tharwah received an award notification in December 2024 for the project with NELC, valued at SAR 13.85 million, inclusive of VAT.
