WSM seals deal with Weqaa Center

WSM Information Technology Co. signed a contract to provide consulting services to support and develop project management with the National Centre for the Prevention & Control of Plants Pests & Animal Diseases (Weqaa Center).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract value exceeds 20% of the company’s total revenues for 2023.

This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's results starting from H1 2025, the statement said, indicating that no related parties to the deal.

 

All necessary signatures are complete, the company said, adding that a copy of the 24-month contract was received on Jan. 29.

 

According to data available on Argaam, WSM revenue in 2023 stood at SAR 28.02 million.
