Derayah IPO on TASI priced at SAR 27-30/ shr

HSBC Saudi Arabia, the financial advisor, bookrunner, underwriter and lead manager on the initial public offering (IPO) of Derayah Financial, announced that the offering price range was set on the Main Market (TASI) at SAR 27-30 a share.

The institutional book-building period will run from Feb. 2-9, according to a Tadawul statement.
 
 
The company plans to float 49.95 million shares, or 20% of its capital of SAR 499.5 million. The capital is divided into 249.74 million shares at a par value of SAR 2 each, according to Argaam data.
 The retail offering will run for three days starting Feb. 20.
A total of 4.99 million shares, or 10% of the shares on offer, will be allocated to individuals.
