Sinad Holding subsidiary holds 13.8M shares in Umm Al Qura for Development

Sinad Holding Co. said it owns 13.37 million shares worth SAR 133.72 million in Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Co., through its 100%-owned subsidiary, Al Mawajed International for Real Estate Development Co.

 

In a statement on Tadawul today, Feb. 3, the company expected the planned IPO of Umm Al Qura for Development to have a positive financial impact.

Umm Al Qura for Development, the owner and developer of MASAR destination, plans to float 130.79 million shares on the Main Market (TASI), according to Argaam’s data.

 

The offered shares represent nearly 9.09% and 10% of the company’s post- and pre-IPO capital, respectively.

 

The subscription period will run for three working days from March 5-9.
