Marble Design reappoints Ahmed Al-Kharashi as Chairman, names Mahmoud Madani CEO

Marble Design Co.’s board of directors reappointed, on Feb. 6, Ahmed Al-Kharashi as Chairman and Mohammed Alromaizan as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also named Nawaf Al-Kharashi as a board member and Managing Director, while Mahmoud Madani was appointed the CEO, the statement added.

Additionally, a board secretary was appointed, and a new audit committee was formed, chaired by Abdullah Alangari, with Abdullah Al-Faris and Fahad Al-Mulhim as members.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was formed, chaired by Mohammed Alromaizan.

 

Furthermore, the company named its representatives at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
