Tharwah to acquire 100% of Amjad Watan

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) and Amjad Watan Exhibitions and Conferences Organization Co. agreed to increase Tharwah’s acquisition stake in the latter from 49% to 100%, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
 
The two companies are moving forward with the remaining procedures outlined in the memorandum of understanding (MoU).
 
 
Any significant developments regarding the deal will be announced in due course, Tharwah noted.
 
According to data available with Argaam, in December 2024, Tharwah signed a non-binding MoU to acquire 49% of Amjad Watan. It appointed Mekyal Financial Technologies Co. as its financial advisor for the acquisition process.
