MEDGULF bags contract to provide health insurance to SDAIA

The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) bagged a contract from the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) to provide cooperative health insurance services to its employees and their dependents for one year.

 

The contract’s value exceeds 5% of its total revenues based on its latest audited financial statements for 2023, MEDGULF said today, Feb. 10, in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract is expected to be signed on March 3, 2025, said MEDGULF, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

According to data available with Argaam, MEDGULF revenues amounted to nearly SAR 3.33 billion in 2023.
