SPIMACO CEO agrees to retain post for 6 additional months

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) stated that CEO Jérôme Cabannes approved the board's request to renew his contract, which was slated to end on Feb. 28, 2025.

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the new term runs from March 1, 2025 until August 31, 2025. In November 2024, SPIMACO approved Cabannes' request not to renew his contract, citing personal reasons, according to Argaam data.

 

The board had approved appointing Cabannes as the company's CEO in February 2024.
