Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said Saudi Arabia made over 800 legislative improvements in recent years, including reforms in civil transaction systems, public-private partnerships, bankruptcy, new corporates, and the recently enacted Investment Law.

During his speech in the PIF Private Sector Forum 2025, Al-Falih pointed out that Saudi Arabia is racing against time. The goal is not to catch up, as has already been achieved, but to create a stimulating, sustainable investment environment, allowing each sector to address local, regional and international demand, with the Kingdom being at the forefront in terms of investment, attractiveness, and others.

Ministry of Investment is relatively small but plays a crucial role in supporting and encouraging the private sector, as well as assisting other ministries, the minister added.
