Obeikan Glass subsidiary signs contract with Ceer

Obeikan Glass Co. said its 60%-owned subsidiary, Saudi Aluminum Casting Foundry Co., signed a supply deal with Ceer National Automotive Co.

 

The agreement has no fixed value and depends on purchase orders, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The 10-year contract covers the supply and manufacturing of aluminum components for Ceer’s vehicles.

 

Obeikan expects the financial impact to appear once Ceer begins commercial operations, the statement added.

 

Any material updates will be disclosed, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
