Multi Business inks framework deal with Riyadh Holding for contracting works

Multi Business Group Co. signed a framework agreement with Riyadh Holding Co. to implement contracting works for its sites and projects in Riyadh.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the final value of the agreement depends on the estimation of the projects and services to be executed through separate purchase orders.

The three-year contract covers implementing contracting works, including construction, architectural and fit-out works, as well as electrical and mechanical engineering.

The financial impact will be reflected if separate purchase orders are received from the customer, the statement said, noting that no related parties to the deal.

Purchase orders will be announced in due course, including the periods in which they will be reflected.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Multi Business announced in December 2024 that it won a framework agreement with Riyadh Holding to implement contracting works at the sites and projects in the Riyadh region for three years.
