TAQAT reappoints Fahd Al-Khunainy as Chairman, Abdulrahman Al-Khathlan as Vice Chairman

TAQAT Mineral Trading Co.’s board of directors appointed Fahd Al-Khunainy as Chairman and Abdulrahman Al-Khathlan as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also appointed Ali Al-Hudhaif as Managing Director and named a secretary to the board of directors.

 

Moreover, TAQAT appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), namely, Ali Al-Hudhaif (Managing Director) and Mohammed Al-Maa (board member).

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, shareholders of TAQAT recently elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting Feb. 14, 2025.
