Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. completed the procedures for transferring and registering the deed of healthcare services land in the Granada neighborhood, Dammam.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company pointed out that the financial impact will be positive on its total assets.

In January, Naba Alsaha won a contract to purchase a 26,312-square-meter health services land in the Granada neighborhood, Dammam. The contract, valued at SAR 6.8 million (excluding brokerage fees and real estate transaction tax), was tendered via the Mobasher Auctions platform.
