Al Akaria reappoints Naif Al Hamdan as Chairman, Hathal Al Utaibi as Vice Chairman

Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) board of directors approved today, Feb. 17, the reappointment of Chairman Naif Al Hamdan and Hathal Al Utaibi as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed its sub-committees in line with the approved responsibilities and appointed the board secretary. Additionally, it designated the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its regulations.
