Al Essa Trading plans IPO in Saudi market within 3 years

Ahmed bin Mohsen, CEO of Al Essa Trading Co., which produces textiles, said the company is strongly interested in offering its shares to the public in the Saudi market over the next three years, Al-Eqtisadiah reported.
 

The company’s revenues exceeded SAR 70 million last year, said the op executive, adding that the company targets a 50% rise in topline for 2025.

Al Esaa Trading has been operating in the spinning and textiles industry in Saudi Arabia for 50 years. It rolled out its “Maraseem” ghutra, or men’s headcover 25 years ago. 70% of the company’s labor force are Saudis, according to bin Mohsen.
