Riyadh Cables Group Co.’s board of directors decided on Feb. 16 to reappoint Khaled Al-Gwaiz (independent) as Chairman and Mohammed Al-Zaim (non-executive) as Vice Chairman.

 

 

The board also approved the formation of the audit committee, including Abdulwahab Al Betari, Raed Al Modaihim, Obaid Al Qurashi, and Nabeel Shoaib.

 

Additionally, it ratified the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, to comprise Fahed Malhas, Khaled Al-Gwaiz, Mohammed Al-Zaim, and Ahmad Al Zaim.

 

According to the data available on Argaam, Riyadh Cables’ shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting March 1, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held Jan. 16.
