First Avenue reappoints Hassan Alamri as Chairman, Nader Alamri as Vice Chairman

First Avenue for Real Estate Development Co.’s board of directors reappointed Hassan Alamri (non-executive) as Chairman and Nader Alamri (executive) as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, comprising Khalid Al-Qahtani (Chairman), as well as Hassan Alamri and Abdulsalam Al-Majed as members.

Additionally, it formed the audit and risk management committee, including Walid Bahamdan (Chairman), as well as Mohammed Al-Nafe'a and Osama Qarqoori as members.

Mohammad Al-Sabr was named the secretary of the board of directors.

First Avenue’s board also named representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
