US Treasury yields rose on Tuesday, after a long Presidents' Day weekend, as investors await the Federal Reserve's minutes.
Two-year yields, the most sensitive to monetary policy changes, rose 2.3 basis points to 4.282% at 04:58 PM Makkah time.
Meanwhile, the ten-year yields increased 4.7 bps to 4.523%, and 30-year yields rose 4.7 bps to 4.743%.
All eyes are on the minutes of the Fed's Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting, due to be out on Wednesday, for clues on how long the central bank plans to keep interest rates unchanged.
Investors are also weighing comments from Fed officials calling for higher interest rates, with Fed's Governor Michelle Bowman warning against rushing to lower borrowing costs.
