US President Donald Trump
US President Donald Trump called Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky as “an unelected dictator”.
“I think I have the power to end this war," Trump said on his Truth Social platform.
He added that the US is “successfully negotiating an end to the war with Russia” and that “Zelenskyy probably wants to keep the ‘gravy train’ going.”
Trump also criticized Zelenskyy’s leadership, claiming that millions of unnecessary deaths and a shattered country were the result of his actions.
Further, the US President accused Zelenskyy of refusing to hold elections, warning that Zelenskyy needs to act quickly to avoid losing his country.
Trump also claimed that Zelenskyy “talked the United States of America into spending $350 billion, to go into a war that couldn’t be won, that never had to start."
This came after Zelenskyy recently accused the US President of living in ‘disinformation space’.
