US President Donald Trump said in a press conference in Miami that his administration will refill the strategic petroleum reserve fast, Reuters reported.

 

Trump criticized his predecessor, former President Joe Biden, for tapping to bring down the price of gasoline.

 

During his campaign, Trump pledged to increase oil and gas production, which would significantly reduce prices. He also promised to drill new wells and expand all forms of energy production to boost the economy and create new jobs.
