US President Donald Trump said that reaching a trade deal with China is “possible”, similar to the deal concluded during his first presidency term.

 

In 2020, the US already agreed to "a great trade deal with China" and a new deal was "possible," Agency France-Presse reported quoting Trump.

 

Trump indicated that he expected Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit the US, but did not provide further details.

 

He added that he is discussing with China on the “TikTok” app, and that his country is seeking to mediate a deal for the holding company to exit from its US investment unit.
