Al-Babtain signs SAR 622M contract to supply power transmission towers

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. signed today, Feb. 24, a SAR 622 million contract with Saudi Services for Electro Mechanical Works Co. to supply 500 kV overhead transmission line steel towers for the Central-South Interconnection Link (Portion III).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract duration is 24 months, during which it will design, test, manufacture, and supply the overhead transmission towers.

 

The company expects the positive financial impact of this contract to appear in Q4 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement said.
