Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, Feb. 24, a contract with Ministry of Investment for operating the unified call center and supporting operations, for SAR 62.65 million (VAT inclusive), according to a Tadawul statement.

Under the 36-month contract, 2P will provide specialized services to support and operate the ministry’s unified call center and support its general operations.

 

The scope of work includes answering and receiving calls services, operational support services, quality and guidance services, technical and support systems, not to mention training human cadres to operate the project.

 

The company expected a positive impact from the contract for the years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028, noting that no related parties are involved.
