The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved SNB Capital’s application to merge SNB Capital Al-Raed GCC Fund with SNB Capital GCC Trading Equity Fund.

An investment decision without carefully reading the terms and conditions (T&Cs) or fully reviewing its content may involve high risks.

Therefore, investors should carefully read the T&Cs, which includes detailed information on the fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks.

If the T&Cs prove difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information.

The CMA added that its approval should never be considered as an endorsement of this merger’s feasibility. It merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
