Retail investors began today, Feb. 26, subscribing to 900,000 shares of Arabian Company for Agricultural & Industrial Investments (Entaj) at SAR 50 per share, as determined through the book-building process.
The company decided to float 9 million shares, or 30% of its share capital, at a nominal value of SAR 10 per share, data available to Argaam showed.
The receiving entities are Derayah Financial, Alinma Investment, Al Rajhi Capital, SNB Capital, Riyad Capital, Albilad Capital, ANB Capital, Alistithmar Capital, AlJazira Capital, GIB Capital, Alkhabeer Capital, SAB Invest, Sahm Capital, BSF Capital, and Yaqeen Capital.
